Have we missed your bin?

If your bin has been missed for collection, please complete the form below or phone Customer Service on 8484 8554 (during business hours) to advise us within 48 hours. 

Your bin will be collected within three working days once we have been notified it was missed, however, the majority will be picked up on the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Did you know > We usually miss bins because someone has parked a vehicle in the way of our contractors’ trucks when they come to collect them or the bin may be too full or have contaminated content such as food waste in a recycling bin.
